Dr. Obiorah Anthony is a results-driven institutional builder with multidisciplinary experience across management, banking operations, engineering systems, and organizational transformation. He is the Founder of NESI Platform Limited, Nigeria’s emerging ecosystem platform for the Power, Energy, and Electronics sector. Specializing in change management, business process re-engineering, and institutional architecture, he leads NESI’s integrated national ecosystem strategy. His leadership is anchored on accountability, innovation, performance, and long-term national value creation.

Chima Achu
DIRECTOR, PROGRAMS & PLATFORMS
Chima Achu is a seasoned administrator, business leader, and innovation advocate with over two decades of professional experience across management, risk, business advisory, and organizational development. He holds degrees in Public Administration and Journalism, with professional certifications in Project Management, Web Administration, and Blockchain Technology. Founder of Bellanne Global Resources Ltd, he mentors startups globally and serves on multiple boards.

DR. FEMI AKINRINOLA
DIRECTOR, OPERATIONS & DELIVERY
A strategic energy leader and board executive, driving governance, sector alignment, and digital transformation within Nigeria’s power ecosystem. A Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv) with a PhD in Energy and Environmental Engineering (University of Leeds), he is a Queen’s Award for Enterprise: Innovation recipient and PMP-certified project leader. With over 20 years’ global consulting experience, he has delivered landmark energy, environmental, and sustainability projects across Africa and Europe.

ONAOLAPO FATUROTI
(CISA, CRISC) DIRECTOR, FINANCE & COMPLIANCE
An accomplished IT and operations leader with over 24 years’ experience across banking and oil & gas, he is a certified CISA and CRISC professional with strong expertise in governance, risk, and high-performance delivery. As ERP Technical Manager at Renaissance Africa Engineering Company/SPDC, he leads large-scale mission-critical systems and multidisciplinary teams. A passionate sports administrator and athlete, he brings disciplined leadership, resilience, and execution excellence to national-scale initiatives.

HENRIETTA ONOCHIE ANULI
DIRECTOR, ECOSYSTEM PROGRAMMES & STRATEGIC COORDINATION
Henrietta Onochie Anuli is an executive coordination and programme support professional with over eight years’ experience in government policy, trade programmes, and multi-stakeholder initiatives. She currently supports Nigeria’s AfCFTA Coordination Office, working with the National Coordinator on executive operations, policy documentation, and inter-agency engagement. Her experience spans WHO, Videntis LLP, and development programmes. She holds an MBA from NOUN and a B.Ed from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, with professional training from UNCTAD, tralac, ALX, and ISO 9001 systems.

CHAIR, FINANCE & PROCUREMENT SUB COMMITTEE
An experienced internal control and operations oversight professional with over 10 years’ experience in financial governance, operational auditing, and engineering project monitoring within the power distribution sector. A COREN-registered Engineer and Corporate Member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, he combines strong regulatory compliance expertise with advanced ERP (Dynamics 365) and utility operations knowledge. Known for strengthening controls, optimizing procurement and financial processes, and ensuring disciplined project oversight that supports organisational performance and accountability.

MARYANN ONYEKA ANEKWE
CHAIR, LOGISTICS & VENUE MANAGEMENT SUB-COMMITTEE
A strategic consultant with over 10 years’ experience supporting growth-stage nonprofits, development institutions, and public-sector partners across Nigeria, the UK, and the Global South. she specializes in brand diagnostics, theory of change development, and strategic positioning, enabling organisations to achieve funding readiness through clarity, alignment, and strong communication. A trusted facilitator to senior leadership teams, she is known for translating complex insights into actionable strategy that drives sustainable impact and long-term institutional growth.

DR. RACHEL WANGER UNOM
CHAIR, AWARDS JURY & PROTOCOL SUB-COMMITTEE
A lecturer at Fr. Adasu University, Makurdi, she is an academic and researcher committed to teaching excellence, student mentorship, and scholarly contribution. Her work supports higher education development and knowledge advancement in Nigeria through rigorous instruction, research engagement, and institutional service. She brings strong analytical insight, academic discipline, and a passion for capacity building to the national discourse on education, innovation and sustainable development.

DR. SYLVIA OBIUKWU
CHAIR, CEO & POLICY FORUM SUB-COMMITTEE
Dr. Obiukwu is an environmental scientist, sustainability researcher, and governance expert with over eleven years’ experience in environmental regulation, compliance, risk assessment, and applied sustainability research. A PhD holder in Environmental Resource Management and Fellow of the Environment and Safety Management Institute, she has contributed to national and international initiatives, including NOSDRA oil spill response and UNEP’s Methane Alert and Response System. She combines regulatory expertise, research insight, and academic leadership to drive sustainable resource management and policy reform in Nigeria’s power and industrial sectors.

Evacindar Okoror is an energy sector communications specialist with over a decade of experience in media strategy, stakeholder engagement, ESG storytelling, and crisis communications. She serves as Chair, Media, Public Relations & Sponsorship Committee, NESI WEEK 2026, providing strategic oversight for national visibility, media relations, sponsorship acquisition, and digital engagement. With sector experience at AEDC leading digital marketing and content strategy, she drives global-standard communications, strengthens institutional credibility, and ensures impactful public engagement across Nigeria’s power and energy ecosystem.

MEMBER, NESI WEEK STEERING COMMITTEE
A digital marketing specialist with expertise in content marketing, lead generation, and audience engagement, he currently serves as Social Media Strategist at Domineum Blockchain Solutions, leading campaigns that promote blockchain solutions and strengthen digital presence. Holding a BSc in Physics from the University of Abuja, he also drives community impact through Startup Arewa, mentoring content creators and guiding strategic initiatives. He combines industry knowledge, innovation, and results-driven strategies to deliver measurable growth and visibility for organizations.
